Terms of Service

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms govern use of cashboard (the “Service”), operated by Global Consulting Ina Varazhbianava-Maroz. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Provider

The Service is provided by Global Consulting Ina Varazhbianava-Maroz, a business established and operating under the laws of Poland, with its registered place of business at Gołębia 6/43, 90-340 Łódź, Poland (tax identification number NIP 7282823608).

The Service

cashboard is an internal bookkeeping dashboard that aggregates the operator’s own bank accounts — balances and transactions — via Enable Banking under PSD2. It provides Account Information (read-only) only; it does not initiate payments or move money.

Accounts & access

Access is limited to users created within the system by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. There is no public registration.

Acceptable use

You may connect and view only bank accounts that you own or are authorised to access. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data you are not entitled to, or interfere with its operation.

Bank connections

Bank data is retrieved through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed AISP, using consent you grant on your bank’s screen. That consent is revocable and time-limited. Availability of any given bank depends on Enable Banking and the bank.

No professional advice

The Service presents your financial data for informational and record-keeping purposes. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Verify figures before relying on them for filings or decisions.

Availability & warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is complete, accurate, or continuously available, as it depends on third-party banks and providers.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Consulting Ina Varazhbianava-Maroz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service or from inaccuracies in third-party bank data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to maintain security or comply with law. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
